Plain English summary: QALogger™ is a recording tool — not a compliance system. Use it for one organisation. Don't share your access code or resell the software. Your data is yours. We're not liable for audit outcomes.
By accessing or using QALogger™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QALogger™ is a browser-based record-capture tool. All data is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. No data is transmitted to any server. The software is provided as standalone HTML files that run entirely on your device.
QALogger™ is a recording tool only. It does not provide compliance advice, guarantee certification success, or make decisions on your behalf. Users and organisations are solely responsible for all data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Access to the QALogger™ app library requires an active subscription, processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. A 14-day free trial is included — no charge is made until the trial period ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Your access code is for your personal or single-organisation use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute your access code to third parties.
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the QALogger™ apps for the internal quality management purposes of one organisation. You may:
All records you create belong to you. We have no access to your data — it is stored only in your browser. We strongly recommend using the built-in JSON Backup feature regularly to preserve your records. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser clearing, device failure, or any other cause.
QALogger™ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular compliance requirement. The Service does not guarantee that your organisation will achieve or maintain any certification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QALogger™ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to audit failures, certification denials, or data loss.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
