All quality records you create — NCRs, CARs, calibration records, training records, and all other app data — are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage on your own device. This data is never transmitted to our servers. We cannot access it, view it, or retrieve it. It exists only on your device.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your name, email address, and payment card details. We receive only a confirmation that payment was successful — we do not receive or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing: stripe.com/privacy.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible Analytics) to understand how many visitors our website receives. If used, this collects no personal data and uses no cookies. We collect aggregate data only — page views and general traffic patterns.

Your quality records exist only in your browser's localStorage. They persist until you clear your browser data or use the app's built-in JSON Backup feature to save a file copy. We recommend using the Backup function regularly to preserve your records.
If you cancel your subscription, your records remain in your browser. They do not disappear. You retain access to any data you have saved locally.
