3	Open your first app and try itStart with the Inspection & Release Log or Non-Conformance Report. Click any app, fill in a test entry, and you’ll immediately see how straightforward it is. Use Backup regularly to save a local copy of your records.

Access code not working	Check the gate screen — it always shows your current code. Monthly codes change on the 1st of each month.
Records not showing up	Make sure you are on the same browser and device where you created them. Records are stored locally per browser.
Switched to a new device	Use the Restore function to load your backup JSON file. Always keep a recent backup.
Display off on phone/tablet	Rotate to landscape or zoom out slightly. Best experience on tablet or desktop.
